Multiple board members will be out of town this week and/or recovering from surgery, so the monthly board meeting will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
The deadline to replace nonfunctional pole lights in the front of residential houses has past. If homeowners have been unable to replace the lights because of sever maechanical failure (which would be very expensive to replace) there is some good news. We have discovered several different options of solar powered LED pole lights which can be used in place of hard wired lamps.
Due to equipment malfunction the irrigation schedule will be changed for the next couple weeks. This must be done in order to help maintain pressure on the system.

For the next two or three days we will be testing how the canals and ponds interact in Island Woods. Expect pond levels to drop temporarily and possibly for a testing dye to appear in some of the ponds. The dye is completely biodegradable and safe for wildlife.

The police have informed us that there have been multiple small to medium thefts in Island Woods this week.
The bi-anual trimming of the pond fescue will resume this weekend (6/16).
